We at Caledonia stand behind the quality of our products, and will make every possible effort to resolve any issues you have with products you purchase from us. We provide unlimited technical support on products that we sell, and even occasionally add features during troubleshooting to solve a customer's problems if it seems like the feature will benefit others.
Because most of our products are downloadable, and most utilities have demo versions (either fully functional time limited demos or demos limited by the number of records that can be tested), we do not offer refunds on products except in the case of technical failure (i.e., pdf does not open, utility crashes or does not perform as designed, etc.).
Please download and test any demo product that we have available before purchasing to assure that the features and functions you need the most work as you expect.
